### LUISFELIPE — DJ • PRODUCER • RADIO PRESENTER

Luisfelipe’s journey in music began in 1994 when, as a young aspiring music enthusiast, he met television presenter and broadcaster **Iain Logan** at Pick n Pay Steeldale in Johannesburg. At the time, Iain was also working as a DJ and radio broadcaster. Fascinated by the world of radio and DJing, Luisfelipe would regularly visit Iain’s studio, spending afternoons watching him perform on air. It was an experience that would ignite a lifelong passion for music, broadcasting and DJ culture.

Building on his musical background and formal music training through **UNISA**, Luisfelipe began performing at school functions and mobile events, developing his skills behind the decks and gaining valuable experience in front of live audiences.

As his career developed, Luisfelipe sought to expand beyond the commercial club circuit and explore the emerging **rave and underground dance music scene**. This transition introduced him to a new generation of electronic music and allowed him to share the stage with some of the country's prominent DJs and underground artists.

His involvement in the underground scene included performances alongside **Martin McHale (330)** and **Sam Boylan (330)**, ultimately leading to a residency at **Club Traxx in Durban**.
