Zeds Dead

Zeds Dead is a Canadian electronic music duo from Toronto formed in 2009 by producers Dylan "DC" Mamid and Zachary "Hooks" Rapp-Rovan. DC and Hooks started producing music together in 2004 under the name Mass Productions before shifting focus to electronic music. They mix dubstep with elements of drum and bass, house, electro house, hip-hop, and UK garage. The duo created a famous weekly club night in Toronto called Bassmentality, which helped grow the local bass music scene. They are a major fixture on the global festival circuit, playing at events like Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Ultra. They have worked with many artists and released music through major labels like Mad Decent and Ultra Records.
